Content Policy

Khozio is a platform for honest, useful recommendations. The following content is encouraged:

• Genuine recommendations for places, products, experiences, restaurants, travel, technology, books, and more
• Honest ratings and reviews based on real personal experience
• Photos and videos you took or have permission to share
• Comments that add context, ask questions, or share related experiences
• Constructive criticism - including negative reviews, where honest
• Content in any language

• Recommendations for things you have not personally experienced
• Fabricated, deceptive, or paid reviews without disclosure
• Hate speech based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
• Harassment, bullying, or threats directed at individuals
• Spam, including repetitive posts, off-topic content, or promotional content not in the spirit of Khozio
• Impersonation of other people, businesses, or public figures
• Content that promotes illegal activity
• Explicit sexual content
• Content that exploits minors in any way
• Content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others
• Private personal information posted without consent (doxxing)
• Coordinated inauthentic behaviour - including fake accounts, bot networks, or organised review manipulation

Some content that doesn't violate our policies may still be sensitive. Khozio may limit the distribution of sensitive content in certain contexts. Examples include:

• Strong or graphic descriptions of experiences that may be distressing
• Content involving alcohol, tobacco, or adult venues in markets where these are restricted
• Highly controversial topics where the recommendation is primarily about political or religious opinion rather than an experience

Khozio enforces this Content Policy through community reporting, automated detection, and human review. Actions may include content removal, account warnings, feature restrictions, account suspension, or permanent termination.
