To use Khozio, you must be at least 13 years old. If you are between 13 and 18, you confirm that you have obtained parental or guardian consent where required by the laws of your jurisdiction.

By creating an account, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are eligible to use Khozio under these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, including your password. Do not share your credentials with others.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

You may not create accounts using automated means, for fraudulent purposes, or to impersonate others.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Ownership: You retain ownership of the content you create and post on Khozio, including recommendations, comments, and photos.

Licence to Khozio: By posting content on Khozio, you grant Khozio a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display, distribute, and promote your content on the Khozio platform and in connection with the Khozio service. This licence ends when you delete your content or account.

Accuracy: You are responsible for the accuracy of your recommendations. Khozio does not verify individual recommendations and cannot guarantee their accuracy.

Representation: By posting, you confirm that you own or have the rights to the content, that it does not infringe the rights of any third party, and that it complies with these Terms and our Content Policy.

You may not use Khozio to:

• Post false, misleading, or fabricated recommendations
• Spam, harass, bully, or threaten other users
• Post hate speech, discriminatory content, or content that promotes violence
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Post content that infringes copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
• Post content involving minors in a sexual or exploitative manner
• Engage in coordinated manipulation - such as fake like campaigns, review bombing, or artificially inflating engagement
• Use Khozio for commercial promotion without disclosing that relationship
• Scrape, crawl, or automate access to Khozio without permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to Khozio's systems
• Use Khozio in any way that violates applicable laws

Khozio's name, logo, product design, and underlying technology are the intellectual property of Khozio and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Copyright complaints: If you believe content on Khozio infringes your copyright, please see our Copyright Policy for information on how to submit a complaint.

Khozio respects intellectual property rights and will respond to valid notices of infringement in accordance with applicable law.

Khozio reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms or our Content Policy, at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate these Terms, engage in harmful behaviour, or pose a risk to other users or the platform.

Where possible, we will notify you of moderation actions and provide an opportunity to appeal where we believe that is appropriate.

Khozio is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Khozio does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of user-generated recommendations. Always use your own judgement and conduct your own research before making decisions based on content you find on Khozio.

Khozio is not responsible for products, services, places, or experiences recommended on the platform. Any decisions you make based on Khozio content are your own responsibility.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Khozio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of Khozio.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, the above limitations may not apply to you.

These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which Khozio is legally registered. Disputes arising from these Terms are intended to be resolved through applicable legal processes in that jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the Khozio platform and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of Khozio after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
