Our Policy

Khozio takes copyright infringement seriously. We respond to valid notices of copyright infringement in accordance with applicable law and may remove infringing content, disable access to it, or terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

To report copyright infringement, please send a notice to cloudloftcreatives@gmail.com containing:

  • Your full name and contact information (email, phone number)
  • A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
  • A direct URL to the specific content on Khozio that you believe infringes your copyright
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  • A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf
  • Your electronic or physical signature

Incomplete notices may not be actionable. Misrepresenting that content is infringing may expose you to liability.

Counter-Notification

If your content was removed as a result of a copyright notice and you believe the removal was in error, you may submit a counter-notification to cloudloftcreatives@gmail.com.

A valid counter-notification must include:

  • Your full name and contact information
  • Identification of the content that was removed and its original location on Khozio
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake
  • Your consent to jurisdiction of relevant courts
  • Your signature

Repeat Infringers

Khozio will terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights, in appropriate circumstances and at Khozio's discretion.
