Khozio gives you control over your privacy:

• Profile visibility: Your profile and recommendations are public by default. You control what information appears on your profile.
• Post visibility: When creating a recommendation, you can choose to make it visible to everyone, to your followers only, or private (only you).
• Likes: Your likes are private - only you can see what you have liked.
• Search: Your search history is private and visible only to you. You can clear it at any time from Settings.

If someone is bothering you or you do not want to interact with them, you can block them from their profile or from any post or comment they have made.

When you block someone:

• They cannot view your profile
• They cannot interact with your content
• They do not know they have been blocked

You can manage and unblock users from Settings → Blocked Users.

Every post, comment, and profile on Khozio has a Report option. If you see content that violates our Community Guidelines, please report it.

When you report:

• Select the most relevant reason
• Your report is reviewed by our team
• You are not identified to the person being reported

For urgent safety matters - such as credible threats, content involving minors, or immediate physical danger - contact us directly at cloudloftcreatives@gmail.com.

Protect your Khozio account:

• Use a strong, unique password for your Khozio account
• Never share your password with anyone
• Use a secure email address you control
• Be cautious of phishing attempts - Khozio will never ask for your password by email or message
• If you use Google Sign-In, keep your Google account secure

If you believe your account has been compromised, change your password immediately and contact us at cloudloftcreatives@gmail.com.

Khozio takes the authenticity of recommendations seriously. Watch for:

• Suspicious accounts: Accounts with no real content, recently created, or with suspicious activity
• Fake reviews: Recommendations that seem coordinated, excessively promotional, or inconsistent with reality
• Impersonation: Accounts pretending to be businesses, brands, or public figures

Report any suspicious content or accounts using the Report button. Do not engage with accounts asking for money, personal information, or promoting unusual opportunities.
